nC ProTherm

CUI-X

nC ProTherm CUI-X is a sprayable thermal insulating coating for new or corroded metal surfaces up to 150°C. It prevents condensation in the interior and adheres chemically to the metal surface.
It is free of solvents and can be applied in one layer of 3 mm to 11 mm WFT. Life cycle up to 25 years, depending on environmental factors.

Indoor and outdoor performance.
Surface temperatures -90 °C to 150 °C.

Pretreatment

Remove dirt, grease, loose corrosion, mill scale.

Application method

Spray, brush or putty knife.

Layer thickness

Per coat: max. 11 mm Wet Film Thickness (WFT).

Consumption

Low consumption 365gr per m2 per mm Wet Film Thickness (WFT).

Drying time

Allow surface to rest for 12 hours before repainting.

Lambda value

0.05λ

RAL color

Standard color RAL 9010.

Product life

15 to 25 years, depending on exposure to heat.

Storage

Store between 5°C and 25°C.
Store for up to 12 months in tightly closed containers.

Fire class

B-S0-d0.
