nC ProTherm CUI-HTF is a sprayable thermal insulating coating for metal surfaces up to 250°C with 15 minutes peaks of 280°C. In addition, it prevents condensation in the interior.
nC ProTherm CUI-HTF adheres chemically to the metal surface via a sol-gel process and is free of solvents. CUI-HTF can be applied in a single layer in 4 mm to 15 mm WFT. Life cycle at function of 15 to 25 years, depending on environmental factors.

Direct bonding to metal
This saves time and money and makes for easy application. Already corroded metal should be pretreated with nC Corrosion Passivator, without pretreatment loose rust or paint should be removed.
