nC Corrosion Passivator Primer 2-in-1 provides a protective layer under the coating system, and can be overcoated with 1K and 2K coatings.
It is specifically developed for areas affected by recurring corrosion, and for efficient spot repair.

Step 1: Surface Preparation

• Remove loose rust and loose coating by wire brush or high-pressure washing.
• Degrease the surface and rinse with fresh water to remove salt, dirt and detergent residues.

Step 2: Coating Application

• Check the application conditions (refer to the product data sheet).
• Make sure the surface is completely dry before application.
• Do not use thinner – the product is ready to use.
• Apply a very thin layer by brush, roller or spray.

Step 3: Overcoating

Respect the dry time – make sure that the coating is dry and does not stick before overcoating.
