How does nC Corrosion Passivator perform in the long term? Here are the inspection results after a five-year period (2020-2025).
The Hull: Treated in 2020 with nC Corrosion Passivator Primer 2-in-1 under the coating system. Result in 2025: No pitting corrosion on the waterline and draught marks. Wear spots show hardly any rust, and steel thickness is optimally preserved.
Conclusion: After 5 years, nC Corrosion Passivator performs excellently for in-service maintenance. It prevents pitting corrosion and preserves steel thickness.
