nC Corrosion Passivator Primer 2-in-1 is conveniently ready for use 1-component solution. Before applying, make sure to stir it thoroughly. Keep the processing temperature within the range of 4 – 35 °C for optimal results. You can apply Corrosion Passivator Primer 2-in-1 effortlessly using a brush, roller, or spray. Ensure a very thin application of only 50 – 60 µm for the best performance, as applying too thickly may lead to a longer drying time of 72+ hours.

For long term protection against rust, the surface should be overpainted. nC Corrosion Passivator Primer ensures an exceptionally strong adhesion with any 1 or 2 component coating. Overcoating can be done after 4 to 6 hours at a temperature of 20°C. Achieving full load capacity is possible within 24 hours, ensuring a fast and effective rust treatment method.
