Ruimvloeren van bulkschepen zijn zelden droog en zijn slechts korte tijd vrij van lading. Hierdoor is een traditionele coatingoplossing niet haalbaar: Te nat en een te korte droogtijd. Corrosiepassivering in combinatie met een vezelversterkte epoxy biedt hier de juiste oplossing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voordelen passivering Dita Projects\/Bocimar:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Geen tijdverlies door gritstralen of corrosieverwijdering. Vergeet niet dat de behandeling van een ruimvloer binnen zeer korte tijd moet gebeuren. Dit komt omdat het schip snel moet varen of weer geladen moet worden.<\/li>\n<li>Er gaat geen tijd verloren met het drogen van de vloeren in het ruim. Passiveren kan direct na het reinigen beginnen.<\/li>\n<li>Gritstralen is niet nodig, wat straalafval elimineert en dus kosten bespaart.<\/li>\n<li>Het rendement van nC Corrosion Passivator Primer ligt tussen 12 en 15 m2 per liter. Dit is veel voordeliger dan het traditionele systeem met primer en verf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Voordelen verzegelen voor Dita Project\/Bocimar:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Snelle uitharding van het systeem<\/li>\n<li>Afdichting maakt water- en luchtdicht en is bestand tegen chemicali\u00ebn.
